Ground level, in front of Virgin Terminal 3
After collecting your luggage, exit at ground level and look for our coach at the Terminal 3 pickup zone. Coaches wait for delayed flights — phone us on 03 5222 4966 if you're running late and we'll put you on the next service.
Aim to be at the pickup zone within 30 minutes of touchdown.

How much luggage can I bring?
One large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger is included at no charge. If you're travelling with extra bags, sports equipment or musical instruments, please phone us on 03 5222 4966 the day before so we can allocate space.
Can I bring my pet or assistance animal?
Registered assistance animals are welcome on every service at no charge. Pets in carriers travel in the luggage compartment on request — please let us know when you book.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our airport pickup coach waits at the ground-level pickup zone in front of Virgin Terminal 3. If your flight is running late, phone us on 03 5222 4966 and we'll put you on the next service at no extra charge.
Do you provide child seats or restraints?
Under Victorian law, children under 7 must travel in an approved restraint. Our coaches carry booster seats — please request one when you book. Parents are welcome to bring their own capsule or seat.
