Meeting us at the airport

Ground level, in front of Virgin Terminal 3

After collecting your luggage, exit at ground level and look for our coach at the Terminal 3 pickup zone. Services run to the published timetable, with a 5-minute grace period for booked passengers, 10 minutes on the last service of the day. If you miss your service, your ticket is valid for the next available one, subject to seat availability. Please phone us on 03 5222 4966 if your flight is delayed.

Where can I purchase tickets?
You have several options. You can buy them online and either print them out or display them on your smartphone. You can also visit our Geelong office at 45 McKillop Street, call us on 03 5222 4966, or book through a travel agent. You can also buy from the driver if seats are still available.
Can I book a ticket at short notice?
Yes. You can book and pay online 24 hours a day, or call our office during office hours. Online bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the service departs.
How much luggage can I bring?
You can bring the luggage included with your airline ticket. Bulky items such as surfboards and bike boxes are allowed at no extra cost.
What happens if I miss my booked bus?
Your ticket is valid for the next available service, subject to seat availability.
